What CPU cooler to get?

Whats better the Zalman CNPS9500 or the Zalman CNPS9700? and why? any disadvantages to getting the led version compared to the non led versions?
 
The only concern i have is that will the CNPS 9700 fit on my motherboard since its so large? I have a Gigabyte GA-965G-DS3 motherboard and the northbridge heatsink is like right next to the cpu will the 9700 hit the heatsink?
 
Get the Thermaltake Big Typhoon it cools everything around the cpu too which would include the northbride...or so I've been told.

It's not the northbridge you should worry about, the 4-pin power connector will be almost covered up by the 9700. But it's reachable :)
 
I plan on ordering my cooler some time soon and i need the absolute best cpu cooler i can get for socet LGA775 for around $50-$60?
 
I have the same mobo and no size issues of anything on my part, i have the 9500 though, but they are very similar in size....
