What CPU for my current hardware?

So im going to be heading to my local Microcenter next week to purchase a CPU for my rig.

Im looking for something that will work well with my current hardware and looking to spend less than $200

Im thinking this may be my best choice. Opinions?

well when you combo cpu/mobo at micro it's 50 off, but too late now, could'z returned that if it was still boxed
