What CPU is better?

Is the AMD ANTHLON 64 3300 or the AMD ANTHLON 64 3400 better and why?

I would say the 3400+, the 3300 was a odd ball that I think only has 256 L2 that came in OEM computers, Later on I think they just labeled the 256 L2 ones a Sempron

Definitely the 3400. But if you are buying new, I would definitely go with AM2 if possible.
