What different between K10 AND Int Q?

What's different? The fact that they are different processors.

K10 aka Barcelona aka Phenom and Opteron are due out in a month or so (they have begun shipping apparently).

If you're looking for if the K10 is better than Intel Core 2 Quad cores, then you will have to wait until a decent and respectable website does a review (tomshardware or anandtech off top of my head).

From what i've read, only Barcelona has started shipping (Opteron, K10 style). Phenom is supposed to be released in a couple months. We should find out the truth tomorrow at about 6pm.
 
Here is a benchmark comparing Barcelona to AMD K8, both running at the same clock speed

It is faster but not much faster.

Barcelona might perform slightly better than the current C2Q processors, but the Intel processors have better performance/price ratio. Q6600 is half the price of Barcelona 2.0GHz
