what do i do?

i have a worm on my computer that makes it restart randomly every so often, mcafee wont/cant remove it. what can i do?

Also try to download process explorer its like task manager on steroids it will show you everything if you are seeing somethign you dont understand you can right click and google it and if that seems suspicious you can stop it and ignore it.
