On my other computer I have a intel Pentium D 930 and a Saphhire Radeon X1900XTX and they get really hot. I am thinking about going watercooling and I was woundering is anyone can show me one that will cool both really good and not be junk. i will pay $100.00. I will also do good fans or heat sinks

The blue orb never will reach the cooling potential of the Big Typhoon or the Zalman CNPS9500. Since I have the 9500, I am partial to it over the Big Typhoon; they both get the same results some places and in others one of the two pulls ahead.

I would also recommend the Arctic Silencer line for your graphics card, since it blows the hot air directly out of the case instead of using it to heat up your motherboard, cpu, and memory.

yea the big typhoon paired with a higher CFM fan is arguably the best air cooling you can get for your CPU.
for the gpu i'd leave it alone. if its not cooled correctly by the manufacturer then its covered under warranty.

I would go with some good cooling fans and heatsinks... you don't want to risk a leak with water cooling which could be devastating to your system.

thats why you leak test the water cooler for 24hours or more. you basically run it while its not attached to the computer.

Still you have to install it to see it's going to leak or not in your computer, and if it does it will still destroy the computer even if its off.

actually if it leaks on the computer and the computer is off, then you take the motherboard battery out and let it dry. my friend did it once, he put way too much AS5 on and took a hose to the mothboard and let it dry and it worked fine.

He got pretty darn lucky. If it as much touches the CPU theres pretty much no hope.
it will only be damaged if power is running at the time. It the power is off you can wash it with distilled water and it wll be 'A' ok
