What do I need to know?

Hmm, well I just added 2 fans. I placed both an 80mm in front and a 120mm on the side directly over the cpu, both intake. I also placed a 120mm in the back for outake, yet im still hitting mid-high 70's while running prime95. Any fan placement tips? Thanks guys.
 
Thanks for the tip, ill try that asap. Let me show a picture of what the inside of my pc looks like, fan wise...and see if you guys can criticize it in any way. My apologies that its in ms paint, my dig cam was dead.

The first drawing shows the airflow in the front, out the back.

The second drawing was a bit more difficult to explain through ms paint. This is the front view of my pc. Again, airflow goes through front, out back, but this also shows my side fan, and a hollow plastic cylinder directing ambient air strictly in the cpu's air intake fan.
