What do i upgrade next?

Hey, Been on this forum before ages ago and i cant remember what my name was or the e-mail i used lol.
I built this computer on the advice of the people on computerforum.com before, All i have done since the building is upgrade from 4 to 8GB of ram.
These are the specs now. what should i upgrade?
I now have a much better job and a wife that wants me to upgrade this PC lol.

RAM = 8GB G.SKILL (4 x 2GB) DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 Dual Channel Desktop Memory

POWER SUPPLY = CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W

PRIMARY HDD = 1 x Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

WIRELESS ADAPTER = 1 x ASUS PCE-N10 PCI Express Wireless Adapter

CD DRIVE = 1 x LG CD/DVD Burner Black SATA Model GH22NS70

CASE = XCLIO A380COLOR Fully Black ATX Full Tower Computer Case

OS = Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit

PROCESSOR = AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W

MOTHERBOARD = MSI 870A-G54 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

GPU = AMD Radeon HD6770 860m 1GB DDR5 HDMI

I'd maybe consider upgrading to a newer processor (FX-8320 maybe) and getting a much better graphics card. If this is this for gaming, a better graphics card will be more essential than a new processor.
 
His board doesnt support the Zambezi or Vishera. Would have to do a Motherboad/Processor/Video card upgrade. Or just keeps what he has, get a better CPU cooler and overclock and just do a Video card upgrade.
 
Whats Zambezi or vishera? Lol. So a 7850 gpu would be the best upgrade now? How much better is that than my current card?

Basically a GPU upgrade would be the best, 7850 is around 80% faster than your card, so it will be a good upgrade, specially for gaming. I don't know about your current CPU, StrangleHold will help you better.

Yep he'd have to replace the board too if he wanted to upgrade the CPU. I'd say a nice GPU such as the 7850 is probably going to be a better upgrade right now than a new CPU though.

The Phenom II you have right now is decent, so I'd keep it and replace the graphics card. But after the graphics card, look into upgrading.
 
I'd consider upgrading the Hard Drive, it's only 500GB, since you're a Gamer, or I think you are, i'd get one for secondary storage..
Also, for Medium-End games, get a GTX 550, it's only about $100.00, and you'll do just fine.
 
Nah don't go for a 550, go for a 7850 - would last you longer in the long run. It's a much faster card than a 550.
