What do you guys think?

UD5H has 2 ethernet ports, and some other slight differences. Its only better if you really need the extras. Its really more of a UD3H+. Either one will do fine.

so i would have to buy a wifi expansion card if i bought the ud3h? Also i'm looking for at least 3 usb 3.0 ports and 3 usb 2.0 ports

not entirely true vista. The UD5H does not have wireless native. the UD5H-WB does, but its ~$50 more.
Opps my bad. I thought it did. :/

Yeah you'd need some sort of card or USB dongle for it. Most boards have at least 3 USB 3.0 ports these days, and pretty much all of them will have more than 3 USB 2.0 ports.

Well only if you need all the extra features. A UD3H and a wi-fi card may turn out cheaper than a UD5H-WB.

it says i would have to get 2 VIA VL810 Hubs to get more than 2 usb 3.0 ports. whats a mono that would be future proof in terms of expansion slots, 4-6 usb 3.0 ports, 4-6 usb 2.0 ports and anything else i would need

I honestly don't know much about wireless cards and that sort of stuff, but take a look at some of these http://www.novatech.co.uk/search.html?s=wireless card I tried a Novatech card in the past, worked OK. You probably want to go for a brand like Edimax or Belkin or Netgear or something along those lines.

The 650D would be a fine case for this build. Go for it! :good:
