what PSU would you recommend for the setup in my SIG i have a 450watt psu that came with the case but im not sure as with some memory i use the games crash?>??

IMO with 550watt(max) PSU you should be fine.

Don't ever use the PSU that comes with a case, unless the case is made by Antec. How many Amps are there on the 12V rail?

ive had a look and i THINK!! i got it, im looking in the Volatage box then at the +12v and the box underneath it says 16a

+12V@16A is really a little light for a system including an X850XT. As for whether the PSU is causing the problem, i'd need more info about the specifics of the problem. If you're after a new PSU, i'd recommend the XClio 450BL
