What do you think about this computer build?

Don't use a Rosewill PSU. It may look fancy and all, but you should stick to Corsair, XFX and Seasonic. They are much greater quality on the inside, and will not explode your PC.
I would recommend that you look at the new Ivy Bridge-E CPUs, instead of the old Sandy Bridge-E.
The i7-4930k should be around $555, while the i7-4820k should be around $310. (Yes, the 4820k is actually a 'k'-CPU this time!)
Very high end build indeed, but may I ask what it's going to be used for? If it's for gaming, the X79 platform isn't the best. LGA1150/Z87 would actually be better. However, if it's for editing and such, the 6-cores of X79 are much better.

What's this going to be used for?

I believe you can now buy either the 4820K or 4930K instead of the 3930K now, and I also believe they run on the same socket, so look at either of those.

I would get a nicer case. The 1200 V3 is OK but I prefer the NZXT Phantom, Fractal Design Define XL, BitFenix Colossus etc.

You definitely need a higher quality power supply. 1000W is overkill for a single 780 so I'd suggest you get a modular XFX ProSeries PSU instead. 650W or 700W would be plenty.

Rest looks good.

If it's for gaming I would definitely recommend Haswell.
Just buy the LGA1150 version of Sabertooth and an i7-4770k (or i5-4670k if you want to save a bit more). Both the i5 and i7 would be better price/performance than anything on the LGA2011 platform.
The Fractal Design XL R2 is a great case, can only be recommended. It's a bit big though, and if you want a smaller case, I would recommend the Arc Midi R2 or Define R4.

Yeah for gaming get a Z87 board with the 1150 socket. The Gigabyte GA-Z87X-OC is an awesome board and you clearly have the money to spend on it.

The 4670K and 4770K are great processors for 1150, though the 4670K is all you need for the vast majority of games. Pick up the 4670K, the Z87X-OC board and then overclock the heck out of the i5.
