A good air cooler such as the TRUE or Prolimatech megahalems would be more efficient, cheap self contained liquid cooling systems such as that aren't extremely effective.(Which is further reinforced by the test results).

PLUS: Aluminum radiator and copper waterblock....what are they thinking....
