Where do you plan on buying your parts from? You definately need to change a few items. I'll explain why in my next post after you tell me where you get your parts from.

Then I won't do any searching for you then since its ebay.

However, you need to change the PSU to something dependable. You plan on getting a 5770 gpu but the power supply you picked is garbage. The am3 board you picked is an older chipset am3 board, you need to pick an AM3+ board so you can have a better chipset and be able to upgrade to zambezi cpu's later if you wish. I would also choose either the western digital caviar black drives or samsung F3 over the seagate or caviar green.

So for instance, you need to get something along the lines of these.

1. PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028

2. Motherboard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128521

Dude i've had this PSU years and its never failed. As with the hard drives. But i will take your advice on the AM3+ MOBO Thanks 4 tht

That power supply has 2 rails with 1 at 13 amps and the other at 14 amps, not very good in my opinion to even be running a gts 450.

He is right. Thats a pretty lowend power supply. Even if it will run the computer, it could short out at any time, plus it really has nowhere near 500W on the 12V rail.

Dont know what model Seagate that is, but its probably ok. But I would change the W/D green to a black or F3. Get a 970 chipset board if you can.
