What do you think of my new Linux website?

Your Why Linux page is way too simplified.

e.g. Linux security isn't better just because there aren't [many] viruses for it.

No mention of repos either, that would be a totally new concept to any non Linux users.

Yeah, I know. I'll try to add the stuff on repositories later today or tomorrow. Would you mind reminding me of anything else that I missed? Thanks!

the site isn't bad, but its not good either

I like the pic of your laptop keyboard

Explaining the basics of Linux would be great, like the file system structure, and the tree, and what / is, and things like that.
 
Nice layout men, but you're missing more info, anyhows am gonna sign up for the forums (yes,same username here) and post some stuff when i have the time.

Great! I'll keep adding more stuff to the website. The main purpose of the website is just to convince people to start using Linux, but hopefully in the future I can have a bit more stuff on it. Just wait a short time before joining the forum though (I am going to switch the forum provider so that I can have moderators and stuff like that). I'll tell you when it's ready. :)

i posted something on FEDORA 7 but then again my username was taken so i used Patrickv2.:D lol..

OK, would you like to be a mod on my forum? If so, then I can try and see if maybe there really are mods. I really like the look of the forum and I don't want to change it unnecessarily.

The list of things to come:

- signatures
- ip banning - user groups
- permissions and moderators
- display names
- post counts
- karma and smite
- quoting
- and the list is growing...
