What do you think of Norton?

I was just wondering what everyone thought of Norton Systemworks 2004 and Norton internet secturity. Norton products worked on our old pentuim 2 pretty well, so just trying to figure out if they have stayed with their reliablity.
 
They should stop making new versions, it's never been any good!

You think you're protected until one day you decide to try different software and it finds that you have x amount of viruses!
 
Norton's period is over from sometime. It just kills the system rather than viruses....

Go ahead with AVG, BitDefender or Avast
 
Norton has got to be the worst antivirus ive ever used....slows the system down and no way is it as good as free alternatives such as AVG or Avast. :)
 
Norton is a total system resource hog. I recently uninstalled it on a client's pc and they notice a huge gain in performance.

Shortly after that I installed AVG Free and they've been plenty happy with that.
 
Norton occupy too much disk space and also alot of things to update.
When I brought my new notebook I remove the Norton Anti-Virus firstly is because it oly give 90 days period trial after that i have to paid for the licence, no point of paying since there are so many free software out there.
AVG is still the choice.
