What does this error actually say?

Hi,

I first boot my computer after building it and this message comes up for like 2 seconds and than disappears.
I dont suppose but could it have something to do with fact that I cant boot from my DVD rom, it just does not boot anything

Express Gate is basically a Linux OS that is integrated onto the motherboard, and basically lets your computer boot in like 5 seconds if you just want to use a browser or simple stuff.

by the way I could not boot because I didnt switch my DVD rom to Slave

I would say yes, it's a problem if the feature does not function.
