The Instruction at "0X00000000" referenced memory at "0X00000000". The memory could not br "read"

click on OK to terminate the program
click on CANCEL to debug the programe

1.WHAT DOES THIS USUALLY MEANS?
2. if this keep occuring on an application-whats wrong with the application and what solutions can be found?

do you think its a hardware problem? but its only keep occuring at a specific application. i have tried uninstall-reinstall no results.
 
It could be a bug in the program or in another program... actually the problem could be a pointer problem... In simple terms the Netlimiter is trying to access a memory location that is not found or that was taken by another program... If this never happened before with you try to disable settings that you enabled recently... or try to uninstall programs that you installed recently and which could be a problem causer.
 
i uninstalled recent programs that i installed but no luck still getting the same message whenever i run the program (after 5-10 mins later from the start of the program)
 
i did run a memory test. it seems fine, no memory has been harmed anyway. shall i take out the memory cards see if anything wrong with it? i aslo did a memory defrag.
