What exactly do I get for twice the price?

Could someone please explain to me what you are paying for when you buy $150 ram like so:

Kingston HyperX 2GB 2X1GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL5-5-5-15 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory

As oppose to just spending half that on something like so:

OCZ Platinum XTC REV.2 PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-15 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit

Or this other Kingston set for about the same price as the OCZ:

Kingston HyperX PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2 800MHZ CL4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit

The specs even seem better on the cheaper Kingston? What is the benefit?

The only difference I see is the CL speed, which is better on the cheaper Kingston. I'd go with that one.
