what fan should i have in i5 3570k?

If you don't overclock the stock cooler will be fine.

If you overclocker I'd recommend the likes of the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 or the CM Hyper 212+.

What is your budget?

btw., additional information. my room is not aircondition., budget for?

If you are looking for serious overclocking, look for these coolers (if they fit in your case):

Also this cooler does better job then the CM 212 plus:

That's all under 70$, if you spend more you can get even better aircooling and also watercooling. (watercooling below 70$ will not beat an aircooler below 70$)

they do not outperform them... And never heard of them before. But I don't think that evga thing is that good.

They do outperform them, and Just because you haven't heard of them they aren't good? You haven't heard noctua and are trying to give advice on coolers, your argument is invalid.

The evga cooler is a rebranded, repainted swiftech polaris which for the size and price is an incredible cooler, matching or beating coolers far more expensive and larger

Ok, sorry. Yes, I saw only one review about them. But I recommend the silver arrow sb-e for sure which beats the noctua.

thanks for your suggestion guys., ill review all your advice., btw., if i OC my CPU?it will decrease it's lifespan?.,

Not noticeably so. The chip will eventually die, as all will do, but by the time it does it's value will either be 0, or will only be any good to collectors, so it isn't something to worry about. I still have a Q6600 that was at one time overclocked working fine, that is a nearly 6 year old chip that now is only worth maybe £60 or so. Even if I left it overclocked, it will last the next 5 years easily with a value of maybe £10-20, so nothing to get worked up over.
