What Game has the Best Graphics to date?

NFSU is good but if we're talking about racing game alone then GRID is still the best one around, until GT5 is released, that is
I tried the GRID demo on PSN, I hated it. I like my cars to grip 'round corners, not slide.
BAM! GT5 = Best graphics evar!

i have the pc version and also tried the demo on PSN. interestingly enough, i found that grid is easier played with the keyboard.
yes Ive heard of that game and was actually watching my friends play it.
looks pretty trippy IMO lol

has anyone tried Tom Clansy's H.A.W.X yet? There are some nice graphics in this game.

I played the demo and was extremely disappointed. It was imposible to control the plane in the third persn view. But yeah, the graphics in that game were simply stunning. It was awesome. I wish the gameplay was better.

Mirrors edge looks cool... might give it a go. Graphics look very sharp - but fairly cartoony (im guessing this is the style its going for)

COMPANY OF HEROES is also great. destructible environments are very nice

crysis really isnt that impressive. it has some really bland textures. the only neat thing about crysis is how pretty much everything can collapse. just shoot around in circles, and youll knock down like 10 trees.

and that isnt impressive how? (name me 1 other game that does things like that as well as crysis.
)as far as I'm concerned, high detail textures make a game look quite pretty. (look at the original Halo for example. when you look at it, nothing THAT spectacular, but damn did it look good.
)name one other game that had higher res textures.
