what game to buy

Im sure if I had a better graphics card I could enjoy it more but I can run Crysis and COD4 alright. The frame rate rarely goes below 20fps on 1280x1024and on med settings.

I was looking at that...the seem like pretty old games (a lot of them). Personally, Id rather spend 20$ and only get half the games but get the newer games id play rather than oldones i wouldnt touch. Id say Orangebox+CSS+CoD4 would do it. That'd be less than 99 right or at least a better selection just imo

I know exactly what you're on about, but am going to have to disagree. The original CS was actually a rip off of the original Rainbow Six for PC. IMO CS was garbage compared to Rogue Spear (sequel to R6 and of same era) in the whole skills scaling category. I have not seen a single fps come even close to RS since, the combination of controls, movement, maps, guns, reticules, skill scaling, reflex scaling, and speed scaling was off the charts. The newer Tom Clancy games have been utter crap...they need to reinvent RS with better graphics.

But I agree, today's 15 and 16 yr olds have no idea how it used to be. Now all there really seems to be is pretty graphics and big explosions...nice...but the skill cap tends to hit a wall very low. If you want real twitch/reflex shooters, good luck finding them now.

After playing TF2 some I cant agree with that. I have played CSS 1.3, 1.6 CZ and source, they are the same game the difference being that source has the nicest graphics.

COD4 is awesome because all of the challenges and levels and Gun accessories are enticing on top of a fantastic game with good graphics and game play. I don't see any faults to it, it is an all around good game.

GOOD GOD cs 1.6 and cs:s are NOT the same game.
