what gpu should i get? 1gb 2gb

Hello fellow techies,
I would like to know what video card i can use/need.
I would like to play games, such as, tomb raider (2013), and dark souls 1.
Graphics don't need to look amazing. I only want a smooth 30 frames, with better visuals than my ps3.

I expect i'll need to swap out the power supply unit as well, if so, what would you recommend?

my budget is around £100. I could push £150 if it's future proof.

Storage: 1 TB HDD, 7200 rpm
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
Graphics card: Radeon HD 8470
Motherboard: AMD A75 FCH chipset
Expansion card slot: PCIe (x1) x 3- PCIe (x16) x 1
Sound High: Definition Audio 7.1
PSU: 300 W

It is more or less, less than more, future-proof, but it will get the job done. I currently am running a GTX 660 (has 2 gb DDR5 as well) and am able to play Watch Dogs without much trouble, it runs smooth for me but I'm not sure about ATI cards. For Tomb Raider and Dark Souls 1 I'm sure it will run as smooth as butter, anything newer I couldn't say.
