What graphics card to buy?

currently have the graphics card in my signature

its for gaming, running on a single 144Hz monitor

budget 500-700ish

CPU is FX8350
Power supply is 750w
 
I would stick with your 7950 and wait for the 8XX series which should be out in a few months at most. If you need it NOW, a 780Ti is very powerful. If you want to spend a little less, go for a R9 290X.
 
I have the corsair 750w semi modular PSU

Is the 780 TI a big upgrade on my current card?

Could it play everything at ultra? And is it any future proof?
 
I would say it will be able to max out all games with 60FPS+ for the next 2 to 3 years. But like I said, I would reccomend waiting for the 880. The 7950 is by no means a weak card.
 
so for my money, with the current cards the best one to get is the 780TI ?

will the card suffer from bottlenecking with my current CPU or should i get the 9590 also ?

Don't feel like waiting 2-3 months
