What happens if I put in a X5492 into a ASUS P5K M/B?

I have managed to get a X5492 in a cheap price of 50 bucks...
And I want to put this in a 775 socket system.
Problem is that I saw the TDP of this beast, which was 150W.
The only 775 socket M/B I have is the ASUS P5K.
And it says it only supports till around 130Ws.
I ain't gonna run something really exhausting on that system.
I just want to know if the damn thing would work...

Also, would it be possible to get a used 775 socket M/B that supports 150W TDP?
If I can, I'd like to know the price of them too. (ASUS,Gigabyte are favored)

Just gonna leave this here :)

When I researched this, after I found the Xeon E5450 in an old Dell OptiPlex server, I found out you need a modded BIOS for nearly all motherboards... except the GA-G31M-S2L which I had :D
Used the same thread Beers has linked. Many people made BIOS versions for higher end ASUS boards, so use the thread tool and search for your mobo.
You can't put a slot 771 processor in a slot 775 motherboard.
You just have to cut off the notches in your socket and flip it 90 degrees :)
