What happens to a computer when it has insufficient Power????

what happens to a computer when it stops getting sufficient amount of wattage from the PSU? will it just shut down or can it lead to possible hardware damage?

depends, if the power supply just stops, it should just shut down, but if it is something like an overloaded el cheapo power supply, it will actully blow up(most higher quality units shut down with too much power being drawn)

Shutdown, restart, freeze... really crappy ones just blow the moment you turn it on (El cheapo case's PSU)
