I liked the option of being able to "Move to Folder" in explorer and now that I'm using Win7, its gone.
The problem comes up when I plug in my camera and want to move the files onto the computer. Instead it will only copy files and then my camera ends up full and I can't remember what photos I copied to the computer. I hate it and I want the move function back.
The other problem is that I can't figure out how sort the files in the folder. I want the newest one first and everything is by name. How do I change that at least for the photos?

That's what "Cut" is for

Just click the top where it says "Date Modified". That hasn't changed in Windows.

.

Thanks but I don't like "cut". it just makes for more tasks.

The "Move to folder" is really nice because I can select any folder on my computer and one click does it all. I can also add a new folder if I need to in the process. I used to use "Cut" many years a go, but when they came out with "Move to folder" , I haven't used it since because "cut" also replaces anything I have in memory at the time..

Oh and for some reason I don't have a "Date Modified" anymore
