Make sure that you delete all history, all temporary internet files, EVERYTHING! before you leave.

I mean go to internet properties. Click on these under the General tab: clear history, delete cookies, delete files (all off-line contents) and finally under the Content tab, select AutoComplete and clear all. That should prevent anyone from using your account again (supposing you are using IE).
