What has happned to Google Mail?

Whats has happned to Google mail?....i used it for around 2 years and had no problems.....then all of a sudden mass amounts of spam kept been recieved in my inbox...so i gave up and switched to Live mail,But i still kept checking my old Google mail account just incase someone has emailed me from a long time ago....and today i checked it and all my contacts list are gone :cool:

Has google gave up on the Email service?
 
I don't know what's going on with Gmail... Seems like 1 out of ever 10 e-mails actually don't get to the recipient for me. I really like their interface, but their service seems to be going to crap. :(
 
I've used gmail as my primary email for several years with nothing but good stuff to say!

No spam or b.s. mail!
 
I switched to outlook for my email or gmail becuase their interface has gone to junk they are too worried about their new crap they are trying to start up with social networking and loosing sight of the main goal of email if you ask me..

Mine gets boatloads of spam now too. It used to be fine, I'm guessing the spam bots are just hitting gmail harder now.

Lol....i watch porn,who in here does not?

But honestly....ive not sighned up to anything of the sort and ever since early 2008 my email inbox just keeps on getting bombarded with spam :cool:

Btw my contacts list re-appeared....not sure what was going on there :P
 
odd I have yet to have any trouble with gmail as you guys have stated. Though I dunno bout the email thing. I get most the emails but would explain why so little hits on stuffo n craigslist.
 
Maybe this has something to do with google beaing hacked recently? No wonder emails i've sending to friends on gmail ahven't been arriving :(
 
I haven't had any major problems with it lately, like not sending mail, but I have noticed at least one to three random spam messages from fake people that say something like "cool pics!" I don't usually get spam, so it surprises me....
