What IC's does your Corsair RAM use?

So I'm beginning to tweak my RAM. out of curiosity I wondered what IC's my RAM used as many people claim Elpida IC's are good for overclocking. I found this on the official corsair forums:

My sticks are 3.2, which means Micron IC's. Is that good or bad? What do your sticks use? note this is for Corsair DDR3 only ;)

What are IC's? I have Gskill Flare. I know it probably doesn't apply as they aren't the same make, just wondered what they were.

Care to elaborate?
The whole reason Corsair had the massive recall of their DDR3 Dominator modules was because of the cheap Elpida 'Hyper' IC's. Same problem OCZ DDR3 is having, except OCZ isn't addressing the problem. Kingston were having the same problem, but have stuck with Elpida. The modules were frying at voltages as low as 1.5v.

I see. Guess I was lucky for staying with my 775 build a little longer. I only bought these sticks this year.
