What instruction flags do Xeon E5's support?

I was looking at this CPU and it says the only instruction flag it supports is AVX. But then I found this CPUz analysis and it says it supports SSE among a host of other flags. So what's the deal? Is the Intel site wrong? I can't imagine a CPU only supporting one instruction flag.

It probably just shows what's unique, as most if not all current processors all support some of the same instruction sets.

I noticed that all the E5's show just an AVX flag.
