What is a good action-packed FPS game?

Im not much of a gamer, and played through COD4 and Crysis. Both were pretty sweet, but im not sure what else is out there.

The more action the better. The sniper flashback on COD4 was intense. I love stuff like that. Anything that will make me want to go "Woohoo! Yeah! Take that!!!! Arggh!!" while blowing things up and shooting whatever is coming at me.

I have about $200 to just go and buy games with, and a lot of games out I can get for cheap, even the newer ones that I usually see going for $40-$50, I just dont know which ones are good.

So, recommend me some good ones, and ill get my list up.

Well, Far Cry 2 is coming out soon and even if it is only half has good as the first one it will be as good or better than the current FPS's.The first one is still one of my favorite shooters for its design for its time (beautiful tropical graphics).I sure hope they didnt muck it up like they do with the current trend of games these days.

Edit * Also I may add that this game is around 4 1/2 Years old or so and still looks as good as some of the new shooters except maybe Crysis.

You can get a compilation of Star Wars games that has Battlefront 2, Republic Commando and others which are all good. Republic Commando in particular is a great game, can be a bit short (and is a little older), but is a great, cool game.
 
bioshock is incredible
deus ex is an oldie but goodie. my personal favorite video game

brothers in arms: hells highway - not FPS but close enough
 
Vegas 2 was pretty good. But its somewhat linear. Also, if you don't mind playing pretty damn linear games, timeshift is alot of fun

I have FEAR, Brothers in Arms: Hells Highway, and Bioshock. Ill get a few more tomorrow.

These ones look good though.

the orange box is an absolute must without a doubt it is the best group of games i've ever played and the best value I've ever gotten games at
