What is a good MOBO for AMD Athlon 64 4200?

I am good too build a new PC and I would like too get AMD Athlon 64 4200 Processor. I would pay $200 is the highest I will pay and nothing cheaper then $100.

I have at no problems but the DFI DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert is good

The Expert is very nice however note that the DIMMs are not in a way that, IMO, isnt ideal for memory coolage.

with heatspreaders plus the fact that memory doesnt get as hot as cpu/gpu wouldnt it be alright?

In most cases that'll be ok... however consider OCz VX or Mushkin Redline ... even with heatspreaders they NEED direct active cooling Dont get me wrong, nothing wrong with the Expert, very nice board ... *I* just dont prfer that placement of the DIMMs
