I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card. Currently I have a GT 220, which does okay at best with most modern games. I was wondering what a good upgrade would be, preferably under $200. My system specs are as follows:

AMD Athlon II X2 250 processor 3.0 ghz (dual core)
4gb of RAM
Windows 7 64bit

Thanks ahead of time :D

I believe its 600 watts...not sure :P

600Watts is not much help,we need to know the make/brand of the power supply to make sure its enough to handle a decent card.

Just take off the side panel and tell us what it says on the side of the power supply. :)

Oh, alright, the brand is cyberpower its a psaz-cp600. Thanks for the help so far btw. :D

It's probably an obscure brand, i got the computer from cyberpowerpc.com like 2 years ago :P

Are you sure the brand is Cyberpower and not xTreme Gear? This is what I found:

Although it might be a rebranded version for Cyberpower. Confirming your PSU is adequate is very important. Could you take a look at the label and see if the power stats are the same as the model linked above? If you have any question about checking system requirements, such as PSU power, you can find help at this site:

For your video card upgrade, I recommend the GTX 460 768MB card. It is a solid card that can be found at a discount right now because it is being replaced by the GTX 550 Ti, but the new card is slower. The 768MB version of the GTX 460 is only slightly slower than the 1GB version, but costs substantially less. See the slight performance difference in this article:

Note that on the THG Best Card for the Money article linked below, the GTX 460 1 GB is one of the cards recommended at the $200 price level. This card is almost as fast and as shown in the review above, and costs quite a bit less..

For a specific card, I recommend the MSI Twin Frozr because of its effective but quiet heatsink/fan, factory overclock, and good price – only $130 after rebate.
