What is a good Wifi connector for a Desktop..

I was wondering is there any brand you would recommend that for wireless wifi connectors for pc's? i have windows 7 and i wanted to connect my pc to the wifi...

any wireless connector will work, but I would recommend Intel or Broadcom units over Atheros units (just had more than a few atheros units go out on my).
