what is a proxy serer

You can easily get the answer to your questions by google searching. Is this by chance homework?
 
no its not homework,im a freshmen in highschool so i havent got into computer stuff at my school, unfortunately. im just wanting to boost up my computer knowledge because i want to become a computer tech. and my browser takes FOREVER when i use search engines and i get impatient and this is just more fun. haha
 
If your browser takes forever then perhaps you have a lot of malware installed on your system. Browser addons will cause it to go slow. You may want to scan your system with malwarebytes.
 
im using winCE 5.00 and it doesnt have very many programs available for it; im still using IE 6 on my netbook. im not on it now though. i hate IE haha
