Interestingly I've never had one come with a case but have had them come with the motherboard. Used several different cases from different brands now: generic cheap ones, NZXT, Fractal Design, Corsair etc. Never had a speaker come with the case.
Not all motherboards come with them either.
I'm not saying they never come with the case, it's just the cases I've bought never seem to come with them.
