What is it with USB cable ?

No. It doesnt do or show anything

Any markings on the device at all you could plug into Google and see what comes up? Serial number, etc? It looks older.

It looks like it could be a GPS receiver or something similar to that. It's odd that Windows doesn't detect it when you plug it in to a USB port.

I Think it is an apple receiver for airplay. Only compatible with old macs I think which would explain why you cannot see it on your pc.

Its probly something to do with apple since its all white out. Woun't yall think?? I would and i agree with @turbodiesel BTW love the nickname. Do you have a diesel?
