i wonder because my computer is having hardware monitor problem, my power fan speed RPM is 1300-1500 in bio. It is in "RED". How can i fix this???

That may be your PSU fan, but that sounds more like your CPU fan, and if thats what it is, depending on your CPU, thats really low... you may have something like "acoustic management" enabled, so your comp is trying to keep it quiet but its spinning too slowly.
Edit: what are your computer specs? that will help us.

Yeah, it's probably the fan for your PSU... Of course, there could be some other fan plugged into it, so it could be your CPU, case fan, etc...

I'd check inside your compy to see what is actually connected to the jumper, then see what speed the fan is suppose to run at. I know I got some errors with my previous CPU cooler because it's max speed was something like 2200RPMs.

the computer i have is 5 year old now, and the problem started last week, in bio, the cpu fan is not in red, nor the mobo fan, only the power fan speed is in red.
