What is sending Messages thru outlook express?

New Member
I have 3 PC's at home and all of them appear to be sending messages thru Outlook. Sometimes Outlook will start the login screen without prompting.
Other times I see a flash on the task bar with a mail icon.
How do I find out what (Or who) is sending messages and the contents?
