By the looks of the specs, the second one, though pre-built or OEM PCs usually have rubbish PSUs, you may want to build yourself or upgrade the PSU before you add a GPU

Luckly for me i already bought a PSU (TR2 600w) i just hope i can fit it in the shell i had that kept in mind considering all OEM have weak 250-300 psu

one thing thats a let down on the second one is that it has 2 mb l2 cache vs the 6 mb l2 cash
 
You'll want to ditch the Caviar Green drive. despite what they say they only spin at 5400RPM, which means slow transfers and seek times.

For $580 you can build a much better system:
