What is the best PCI card?

Hello
I am looking for a PCI video card for my friend. He had just bought a Dell Dimension E310. I have searched the motherboard and didn't see any AGP or PCI -Express slots. There only seem to be PCI slots on his computer.
I want to know what are the TOP 5 cards for PCI slots. THANK YOU.
 
I cannot find the 5700LE on Newegg, I typed in "5700LE" as keyword and there were no results. Maybe I typed it wrong.
Is there a "best" PCI card available?? because I know that the Geforce 7800GS is the "best" card right now for AGP video cards. I wish to know if there is also a best card for the PCI video cards.
 
well it's pci, what else do you expect? It's way outdated so there hasn't been any new cards coming out for it for a while.
 
I clicked on the site you showed me at Newegg. Most of the buyers say it came DOA. So is there a similar card like this that at least works? Perhaps a ATI?
My friend can afford as high as it can go for PCI cards(which is not high)

I saw those reviews as well. Unfortunetly there arent any other 5700LE's on newegg, and i couldnt find any newegg equivalent thats PCI.
 
If you really dont want that 5700le, you can look down to the 5500series, which btw, sucks. I had one before and i hated it.
