What is the best video card under $200 for my system?

I'm looking to purchase a video card for my new system but there are so many to choose, so can u all help me out a bit please...thanks..
So far, here is what i have:

GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 (REV. 3.3)
2Gb Patriot DDR2 800 5-5-5-5-12
580W Hiper PS
900 Antec Case
20x Lite-one DVD_R
2x 300gb Seagate SATA.
Creative Xtreme-Music Sound CArd...

7900GS or 7950GT would be my choice. EVGA is a good brand to go with for either.

THANKS ALL FOR REPLY...THE MSI NX8600GTS-T2D256E-OC SEEM LIKE A DECENT CARD AND FIT MY PRICE RANGE MORE THAN OTHER HIGH END CARD.

i was gonna suggest you get the 8600gts. luckily i read the other replies first
