What is the best w/cooling ?

Hi !
First, I tell you that I'm 16 and I'm french so I'll write with a shitting english. Be forgiving please ^^

I want to buy a watercooling for my CPU. The Intel rad is so small and not very effective : 45° idle and 65° in load for my E8400 at 3.0Ghz
Now, I'm blocked at 3.7Ghz with 1.3v (bios) in Vcore (75° in load, I won't pass this temperature limit).

I'm interesting by the CoolIt Pure for 120€ ( http://www.materiel.net/ctl/Kit_Complet_Watercooling/42484-Pure.html ). It is easy to install, with no maintains (sealed system) and mostly low noises : <15dBA

But I don't know if an other watercooling like the Bigwater 760i (http://www.materiel.net/ctl/Kit_Complet_Watercooling/34829-Bigwater_760i.html ) or the 3D Galaxy II ( http://www.materiel.net/ctl/Kit_Complet_Watercooling/25879-3D_Galaxy_II.html ) would be more effective?

Do the simplicity and the low noises of the CoolIt let it better than the 760i or the 3D Galaxy II ? Even if the others are more effictive? The gain of cooling with a 760i or a 3D galaxy II is very important or not? If it isn't I'll buy the CoolIt for the silence but if there is a real difference of performance...

So, what do you think about this?

(I can't buy in america and I want spend 130€ maximum.)
I'll buy in this shop : http://www.materiel.net/ctl/Watercooling/

Thanks!
Good evening (and sorry for lack of english):)

Just for your CPU? Then id recommend a Swiftech H20-220 Compact from www.advancetec.co.uk which is £117.49 duno what it is in euros though. You can ship it in from other countries as there sprobably tons more stuff in US or something. water cooling is quiet anyway so don't worry about the noise. But sorry my French is rubbish so i can't really understand those links

The h2o-220 looks very nice but in france it explodes my budget : 260€ !! xD
The h2o-120 is in my budget. Is it better than the CooliIt pure or one of the 2 I've quoted in my first message?

(edit : yes just for my CPU)

Well you only get what you pay for so yes i would imagine its better but those 2 links both look fine overall go with the one you think looks better. Water cooling is good anyway XD it beats fans

I haven't all understood ^^
If you should make a classement between :
-the CoolIt
-the Bigwater 760i
-the 3D Galaxy II
- the H2O-120

What would be the best?
thx

Ok the H20-120 is probably the best but i think you should go with the Bigwater 760i as that seems a better option as the flow rate 500l/h is probably better than the other one

please don't buy a thermaltake kit, those things are the worst for watercooling, especially at that price, most any swiftech kit will perform much better than the thermaltake kits

The H20-220 is like twice the price and its a pretty powerful CPU water cooler. If its more expensive its likely to be better. Swiftech are a decent make too.

I've read many tests of the H2O-120 and I think you are right.
I didn't know Swiftech and after I've read about this mark I think I'ill not be desappointed of their w/cooling.

Someone has another point of view about the H2O-120?

yes you're right but I can't spend as far as money...
It's the h2o-120 or one of the 3 I quoted in my first message =/

I wanted choice the Noctua, but 1.4g for the same price then the Zalman and the OCZ.
Go for the Zalman, 3.5g ^^

I had the Swiftech H20 kit before I went the custom route, and it performed well. I would get the updated model with the GTZ waterblock though.

OK it confirm my trust in the H2O
I think order tomorrow.
thanks for all!
If someone has other opinions about the H2O I'm always here ^^
good evening (or good morning? I don't know what time is in america ^^)

STOP OC'ING TO THE TEMP LIMIT.

NOW. NOT KIDDING, TURN YOUR RIG OFF, LET IT COOL DOWN, AND THEN REVERT TO STOCK CLOCKS.

At 75C, you are starting to melt tiny, important things in your chip. At 80-100C (depending), they insta-melt and your chip dies. At 75C, they melt slowly, over time.

I get 75° in burn after 5min !
In current utilisation I never pass 60/65°
For exemple, now I have 46°c with msn, firefox, avast, steam... In game I don't pass 65°.

In the first weeks after I received my CPU, I though that it had a fabrication default because of the temps. I returned it to the shop. they tested it and have found 72° in burn at 3ghz and they told me that it is absolutely normal and it has no problem to work with this temp...

With the automatic Vcore voltage and 3ghz (stock settings) it burns as heat as at 3.7ghz and 1.3000v in Vcore (my o/c settings).
