What is the difference between Caviar blue and Caviar green?

WD has these name, but are these just brand news or do they mean something? Im guess CG is some sort of 'green' drive?

So for parts choosing
Black = Performance
Blue = Cheaper + Some Performance + Low Noise
Green = Cheap Price, cheap hard drive. Nothing else good.
