What is the difference between the two cards

I have been looking at different video cards for my new build and found these two cards. The specs look identical but one is 50 bucks higher.

Could someone tell me the difference between these two cards?

The A3 is supposed to come with Crysis. Only difference

I don't see anything about Crysis. One thing I noticed is the A3 card comes with a lifetime warranty and the other one doesn't have any.

Might be Newegg's promotion for the card. But on the EVGA site itself, the A3 is bundled with Crysis, while the AR is not.
