How? The A8N-SLI DLX came out first :S (i think you're confusing "A8N-SLI Premium" vs "A8N-SLI DLX"?)

To answer the original question though, the Deluxe offers the following the base model does not:
  • An extra 4 SATA150 connectors
  • An extra RAID option courtesy of the Silocon Graphics RAID controller (on top of the RAID controller that comes with the NF4SLI)
  • A second Gigabit ethernet port
