What is the difference between these. The one on amazon is $10 cheaper.

The difference is:
1. The brand

2. The price

Other than that, they are the same. Sapphire is my #2 ATI favorite. I have never owned an HIS card, but they are also very good quality. I would just save the extra couple dollars and buy the HIS card from Amazon.
