as far as i can see, this one - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103572 is a retail box with heatsink and everythign and this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103535 is OEM boxed

and IMO, the performance increase from a 3200 to a 3500 is not worth the price jump...

OEM will literally be a processor in a box, no extra fancy stuff, no heatsink, no fan, jsut the prcessor packaged in a box, retail is the full retail package if you went to a proper shop and bought it, you get amnuals, proper box, heatsink fan etc... usually some thermal paste etc... hance the higher price.

i can confirm that the processors linked to are absolutely identical, there is no physical difference in the chip itself, just the box and extras that you get with it.

Also OEMs only have a 30 day newegg warenty, while retails have a 3 year AMD warenty.

according to the specs on newegg they both look identical except for BP or BW both say 3year manufacturere warranty and heat sink and fan.

Well the ADA3200DAA4BW (ie., ADA3200BPBOX) is an E6 and th ADA3200DAA4BP (i.e., ADA3200BWBOX) is an E3 ... the bottom line: virtually no difference.
