What is the ideal temperature of my CPU? (based on my rig)

Hello everyone,
I have one quick question.
Based on my rig (in my signature), what do you think would be the ideal temperature of the PC. The PC that I ordered comes with an internal temperature gauge and a fan adjuster.

It goes like the ambient temperature +8C
So if the ambient temperature is 25 so your CPU's temperature should be 33-

There aren't ideal temperatures, but there is a temperature you should not exceed. this is around 70-75c for most CPU's.

Of course, if you get the chips at very cold temperatures with LN2 or DICE or liquid helium or something the chips could 'cold bug' which is where the silicon cases to be semiconducting, instead not conducting at all.
