What is the problem with my LCD TFT Monitor?

Suddenly, there was blinking in my Intex LCD TFT monitor and nothing was visible on screen.

When I connected another monitor with the same computer, it worked fine. I understand that video card is not damaged. Could you tell me what is the problem with my monitor and how can I fix it?

It may not be a problem with the monitor itself, rather a connection problem. Make sure that you check your VGA or DVI cable on each end and clean it if necessary.(Blow out any dust). Also make sure that your resolution, refresh rate, etc are set correctly as per the specs for the monitor.
 
Also try connecting the suspect monitor to a known-working PC to see if it still works properly. If it doesn't, your monitor is a candidate for replacement.
